Mobile Internet Partner Support Advisor Cambridge to £24k
The Mobile Internet Partner Support Advisor Cambridge will be an experienced product support professional who has a demonstrable record of handling key customer?s, ideally with a Mobile*Web development skills and some knowledge and experience in associated technologies. You will have 2 years experience in a technical customer support environment.
A technology background that may include mobile content, software systems or consumer devices with a second language an advantage.
You must have good technical skills, but comprehensive training in our clients? products and relevant technologies will be provided.
Job Location Cambridge based with some travel.
Salary to £24 k plus benefits depending on experience
